Restrictive Covenants and Bylaws

The original restrictive covenants for Winstead were written by the developer to encourage residents to be good neighbors and create harmony in the neighborhood. These covenants can also help maintain the neighborhood’s property value, neighborhood quality, and safety for all.

These were updated in 2019 to include new technologies and home equipment not available in the mid-nineties when the original covenants were composed.
